TERMS
All prices are net, F.O.B. the nursery field of origin. Transfer, storage, mulching and relocating of material to other nursery fields will have a handling charge. Usual terms of 2% discount if paid in full within 10 days of receipt of material. Discounts will not be allowed when an older balance remains unpaid. NET 30 DAYS to customers with established credit. For customers with unestablished credit, orders will be booked with a deposit to reserve material, and before the start of digging, with the balance COD. Finance charge of 1.5% (18% annual) per month is charged on ALL accounts over 30 days. Prices are subject to change without notice, except for plant material orders accepted with a deposit.

PLANT CARE
After 15 days notification of your available order, plant material not picked up will be assessed a charge for care - water, mulching and fertilizing.
CLAIMS
All claims must be made at the time of pickup or at time of delivery of stock. A copy of the claim must be faxed to our office at time of claim. Quotes are for immediate acceptance and are subject to crop availability.
WARRANTY
No warranty is given, expressed or implied, as to the growth of our nursery stock, except that the plants are warranted to be in good condition when they leave the nursery. All plant prices include balling or container price except when otherwise noted.
Arrangements can be made for customers who have the capacity to dig their own crops, and can supply a Certificate of Insurance.

SALES TAX
Under Indiana Sales and Use Tax Law, we are required to collect 7% tax on all material picked up or delivered within the state of Indiana, unless we are presented with an Indiana Exemption Certificate prior to sale.

Some varieties of trees are available in park grade, and are priced accordingly. Contact us for park grade trees and plants, as well as our available landscaping services.
